100% always use this product for probably 20 some years before I recently switched to a methylated multivitamin, but this was definitely my go to prenatal vitamin rainbow light is the best. It’s a mix of multivitamins along with super green food as well so you’re getting a ton of multivitamins and antioxidants and the superfood greens that you need!!
