I wish the rubys I went to had that great of a haul. I was so disappointed when I went one here in MN. I did get $25 "worth" of food, but it was such odd items that most of it didn't get used by us.

It is fennel. We r Italian and chop it up like celery and mix it in a bowl with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fennel salad. Delicious.

Those hot dog buns are super good with butter a little garlic powder and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese then broiled or air fried!!!!
