Woahhhh that allergic reaction sounds crazy! Currently looking to clean up our diet over here as well, just bc it’s labeled ‘organic’ at the store doesn’t mean it’s not covered in pesticides 😭. Spotted some baby roots on my sweet potato this week, can’t wait for slips to grow!!!
