Doubtful a shop has tooling to properly rebuild it and they would send it too a machine shop and put their tax on it. One of those cylinders had some pitting so bore, hone, deck block, cut valves, seats, tank all parts, assemble, yeah about 4000 realistically. They just don’t wanna deal with it lol
