that is a lawful command but however she did not explain to miss dawn the reason for her taking her out of the vehicle and her pushing her on the ground is unlawful with no technical reason and no you can not get arrested in the insurance expires they will tell you to renew it and you get a ticket or they will tell you to renew it and let you off with a warning and yes they do not have to have a reason as stated in the law book page (519 U.S 408) but they have to tell you why at least before you get out or after and putting her hand on her made it worst for the sheriff
