as a professional chef of 35 years and having worked in a meat packing plant in my younger days. I can tell you without hesitation that metal cutting boards are going to destroy the edges of your knives.

this will destroy your knifes metal ceramic and other hard materials will cause your knife to go dull very quickly you should only use a type of wood don't use plastic because you're putting plastic into your food and that's harmful and wood in your food your body will break it down and pass it
