When my father died, I was following his wishes and will exactly however one of my five siblings wanted me to cash everything out by selling it instead of giving family members certain possessions. My father lived with me the last 10 years of his life yet my sister wanted me to have an inventory of my house to prove what was mine and what was my father I was so infuriated nobody is going to go through my house and go through my things that same sibling said none of the grandkids are to inherit anything that goes just to the kids so she comes to my house one day and she says she wants my father‘s bed, his dresser, recliner, kitchen table, the washer and dryer so what the hell is going on she says for her son is getting an apartment. I said your son is listed as a grandkid and my father lived with me for 10 years and you expect to read my house to enrich your son. There’s the front door take your ass outside I have not talked to her since he passed away in 2014. I went to a probate attorney to make sure what I was doing was appropriate and it was but the probate attorney told me one thing there’s always one individual that creates drama and turmoil when there’s a death of a parent and that’s exactly what happened here an entitled sister I hope this man wins unfortunately I don’t think he will because of the laws of this country and that wasn’t very fair.
