Easy, cut all white foods out of your diet: sugar, salt, pasta, and rice. Eat plenty of lean cut meats, fruits, and vegetables. Basically follow the Mediterranean diet.

After these diabetic classes I’ve been too, a lot of the foods recommended are not the same, you might say these food are good and others disagree and it’s info from Doctors 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

I had to take her to kidney doctor. an eye doctor when the doctor found out what is wrong with her I had to mow phone call to my brother na sister tell everyone know wwht I found. out. so danlad ana gocw bwfwt behind me u all dril awoka. u can't change. my thinking or u all can run my lifte. duewwn wgr donld donlad trump I have with. two two lilittlee with one. it real pop one is fall drunk there is Pepsi .I trun my old brother to drunk Pepsi. he now drink it

my mom kidney both stop working. for drinking to much water. and Donlad and gove say drivl no much heart wert . u only drunk one glass of water. my mom pass way from this and she was was also band. she only see someone back in front of her Ihad to take her to all her doctors appointments her eye surgery in new Albany Indiana. foe eye surgery. her eye surgery don't take.
