I would hand in a 2 WEEK notice specifically 2 WEEKS.Because right now HR COULD manage him out saying he created a toxic and uncomfortable work environment,best to jump before been pushed.Then start doing any hand over to the new manager...they now have to find and train my replacement with a new manager!! But yep time to leave!!!

I was told I couldn’t be promoted, but instead they hired someone else and expected me to train him. The moment I was rejected, I started applying for new roles. I secured an offer with a 25% pay rise, booked a two-week holiday, and at 16:55 on Friday I handed over my notice via email and logged off. The next two weeks I was on holiday, followed by a bank holiday meaning I only had three actual working days left. Best decision I ever made.
