Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs along with the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook for 6–7 minutes until done. Let it cool. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, Parmesan cheese, mustard, and salad seasoning until smooth. Add the sauce to the cooled chicken and mix well.
