Just know,I am supporting you and,I too,have liver disease. Fortunately, My score has come down from 28 to 13 in the past 2 years and work hard to stay that way. Even if we get a transplant, we are NEVER out of the woods completely. I came on this platform to share my journey and to show that if we work hard and believe, we can get better. I do my firstb"Live" feed this week to just express how im learning to take this negative of my life and make living with this disease as positive as I can. I pray for you and the millions that are like us and thatbyou come out of this. Ive been there and I feel your pain. You got this,Girl!

Did they give you a liver pillow? It’s a lifesaver when sleeping and laughing and when you move, it comes in handy. You’re doing awesome!! 👏 I’m 4 months out after my liver transplant and still healing so take it easy on yourself slow down and heal! Thank God for your new liver!

I had two liver transplants I didn’t have any pain with either. I did have back aches with the first one. The drains are mostly just uncomfortable coming out. Don’t worry about that. My only pain came when my femoral artery burst and I was rushed back into surgery. That was pretty terrible. I left the hospital after 5 days and spent 2 weeks in a very nice rehab to get back my strength. That last one was 12 years ago and I’ve been great. I couldn’t stop smiling from gratitude after the surgeries. And thanking God.
