Hi Reece. I don’t know you but I know what it is to struggle with mental health have been dealing with it since I was 16 and I’m almost 40. I’ve gone through some really terrible moments that I wanted out more than I could count.but plz don’t give up. There is at least one person that needs us here for me it’s my adult children and my husband and mother. Take a day to do nothing and it’s okay you are failing. There is a lot of happy days and there is a lot of ugly ones but I take my wins🫶🏽❤️🩹🙏🏽
