@xai.project: *February 3, 2026 – Austin, Texas* Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, xAI, Neuralink and The Boring Company, has been admitted to a private hospital in Austin following a reported medical emergency late last night. Sources close to the situation say Musk began experiencing severe chest pain and shortness of breath around 11:30 PM while working at the xAI headquarters. Emergency medical personnel transported him to an undisclosed medical facility where he was immediately placed in the intensive care unit. Physicians have described his condition as “serious but stable” as of early this afternoon. Initial reports mention possible complications related to extreme fatigue, dehydration, and an irregular heart rhythm, though no official diagnosis has been released. A hospital spokesperson issued a very brief statement: “We are currently treating an adult male patient. Due to privacy laws we cannot confirm identities or provide further medical details at this time.” Musk, 54, has been known for maintaining an extraordinarily demanding work schedule frequently posting on X that he works 80–120 hours per week and often sleeps on factory floors or in the office. In recent months he has spoken openly about using prescription medications to manage sleep and focus, as well as experimenting with various biohacking protocols. Neither Tesla, SpaceX, xAI nor the Musk family has issued an official statement yet. However, several high-level executives from Tesla and SpaceX have reportedly been seen arriving at the hospital this morning. The photo circulating online (shown below) was allegedly taken inside the ICU earlier today by a staff member and leaked shortly afterward.
