Skip the 1,000 bushel cart and use that budget to go straight to a Draper. Not a 635F fan

If your buying a 1000 bushel cart thinking your gonna fill a semi in one shot, jump to something a little bigger 12-1300

Deeres 35ft auger heads are absolutely junk. There’s a reason why there not worth anything

For a tender trailer, make one. Simple tank on a car trailer etc with a Honda pump and some hose is the least expensive. It’s not terribly hard to set and strap down that stuff then remove it after spray season. Just a thought

Air reel and auger head is almost as good as Draper. If you have a semi buy a tender trailer for it not a pickup

I would really look in to a draper. We love ours for many reasons. Extremely smooth feeding even with adverse conditions like green stems or few setting in

Your wife is smart on the Auger. Just based on your videos it’s by far your biggest headache, and one I’m sure is worth getting rid of out of pure frustration rather than economic return. Stress is a cost center!

Don't listen to the 635F haters. They are a dang good header for the price point. Ran one on a 9770 for several years.

Would definitely recommend getting a stainless tank for your tender trailer. That way you can either haul just water or if in a pinch you can hot load if your chem supplier has the ability.

Could you do a video all about your precision ag products and how you use them (turn path variable rate cart ace etc)

We run an older kinze 800 with 200 bushel of extensions and we haven’t had many issues at all

Need to look into a 1100 bushel cart we bought a 1000 bushel cart a few years ago and it seemed like you couldn’t get a truck load of beans or corn and we ended up adding some extensions to the 1000 bushel cart and add approximately 800 bushels and it was a world of difference

I’d get a gooseneck deck over and you’ll want the 10k axles for hauling 1500 gallons. Dual purpose can make a skid that can easily be lifted off with the skidloader to use the flatbed. Can get an old terragator tank pretty cheap usually 1600-1800 gallons and are stainless so you could do hot loads.

I’d go with an air bar over an air real. My buddy had an air real and he had to use my head and he said my air bar got under beans more and blew them in. Also less moving parts on air bar

Good plan and I see your tractor and I think if you maintain it good you can keep it for at least another 15 years if you want

Skip the air reel and get duckfoot paddles, they work very well and are substantially cheaper.

Reading these comments makes me happy I don't know a dang thing about farming. My grandfather was the last to farm in our family and he used a mule and a plow plus a 1960 International 460. Farmers are doing the work!

Really love our Brent 1196 cart. If you’re loading trucks, can fit 60-62k in the cart. Can’t say enough about tracks though. The compaction difference is worth every penny in our opinion
