Watching this gave me flashbacks 😅 I did the endless expert visits, meds, short wins then acne right back. It messed with my confidence so bad and I felt stuck in my own skin. In a women’s forum someone mentioned Eat like a woman protocol by Loren Green. After following it things finally stayed calm—clearer skin, less inflammation, 25 lbs down. Feels like hidden info.

I cut out sugar/carbs and it went away. I never get acne. Also lost belly fat. But I know not everyone wants to do that. Your skin looks good!! Also…Ive been binging your content for the past few days and you taught me more about cleaning than my mom ever did. My house has been pristine and my husband loves it. I thought my house was clean before and it really wasn’t 😭

I think the cream and the sugar in your coffee might be triggering it , I’ve noticed it on myself too now I am trying so hard to drink my coffee black 😫😫😫

Just so you know I've seen you post about this on IG several times and I'm just kindly letting you know you really should look up the FTC guidelines because you're not following them if you were gifted services or compensated etc. You must put #AD on the screen and it can't be inconspicuous (i.e. same color as background or very small font to attempt to hide it); it has to stand out. The FTC is cracking down on creators not following guidelines and for years creators got away with it but now they're coming after people. Just reminding you because I haven't seen this on one story or video that you've posted thus far and if you agreed to post them for gifted or discounted services, you're breaking FTC guidelines.

Adult acne is the worst, but this might be controversial because I clean my home all day with kind of the same products you do but the moment I go the all natural route for my products my skin my sleep my headaches everything is just better. There’s something in these products that are messing with our hormones.
