@chefxiaoju1: # 🍧Glutinous Rice Slush🍨Unique Chinese Cold Dessert✨ 【Slush Base】 Old popsicle 1 stick, Sugar proper amount, Honey proper amount 【Grass Jelly】 Grass jelly 50g(1.76oz), Water 1600g(6.76cups), Edible alkali 2g(0.07oz), Tapioca starch 30g(2tbsp), Water 100g(0.42cup) 【Base Ingredient】 Glutinous rice proper amount 【Fruits & Toppings】 Watermelon/Mango/Pitaya/Honeydew melon proper amount each Raisins/Coconut crunch proper amount each, Blueberries/Avocado optional 【Steps】 1. Add proper sugar & honey to the old popsicle, melt with warm water, freeze in the fridge for 3 hours 2. Rinse grass jelly, add water & edible alkali, boil on high heat then simmer on medium heat for 90 mins, strain and pour back into the pot 3. Turn to medium-low heat, stir and pour in tapioca starch water (30g(2tbsp) tapioca starch + 100g(0.42cup) water), stir until dense bubbles appear, turn off heat, cool and refrigerate to set 4. Soak glutinous rice for 3 hours, steam for at least 30 mins, set aside to cool 5. Dice all fruits, dice the set grass jelly 6. Line a bowl with glutinous rice, add grass jelly dice, fruit dice, sprinkle raisins and coconut crunch 7. Pour the frozen old popsicle slush over it, mix well and enjoy # 🍧冰饭✨中国神仙冰品 夏日封神吃法🍚 ## 中文食谱 【冰沙底】 老冰棍1根 糖适量 蜂蜜适量 【烧仙草】 烧仙草50g 水1600g 食用碱2g 木薯粉30g 水100g 【基础食材】 糯米适量 【水果&小料】 西瓜/芒果/火龙果/哈密瓜 各适量 葡萄干/椰子脆 各适量 蓝莓/牛油果 可选 【步骤】 1. 老冰棍加适量糖、蜂蜜,温水融化后冷藏冷冻3小时 2. 烧仙草洗净加水+食用碱,大火煮开转中火熬90分钟,过滤倒回锅中 3. 锅中开中小火,边搅边倒木薯粉水(30g木薯粉+100g水),搅至密集气泡关火,冷却后冷藏凝固 4. 糯米浸泡3小时,上锅蒸至少30分钟,放凉备用 5. 所有水果切小丁,烧仙草凝固后也切小丁 6. 碗中铺糯米饭,加烧仙草丁、水果丁,撒葡萄干、椰子脆 7. 浇上冷冻好的老冰棍冰沙,拌匀即可吃#chinesefood#dessert #SummerTreats#grassjelly
