@_lacebakes_: Buffalo Chicken Dip Focaccia - the perfect game day food if you ask me 🏈 Ingredients: 1 batch of Same-day focaccia dough (page 22 in my cookbook, page 34 in my Focaccia Fundamentals guide or pinned at the top of my page) Extra virgin olive oil to line tray To dimple: 22g (1.5 Tbsp) salted butter 22g (1.5 Tbsp) Buffalo sauce For the dip: 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts (about 185g each/6.5 oz each) 170g (3/4 cup) cream cheese 180ml (3/4 cup) Buffalo sauce 120g (1/2 cups) ranch dressing - I used the homemade ranch dressing recipe from my cookbook 150g (1.5 cups) grated cheese (I used a blend of cheddar, Red Leicester and mozzarella) 2-3 spring onions, chopped finely 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder Freshly ground pepper (I do about 10 twists) To finish: 100g (1 cup) grated cheese Sprinkle of chopped green onions Drizzle of ranch dressing Drizzle of Buffalo sauce 🧡 Use a large 18x13 inch (or similar) tray to make this recipe. Don’t stretch the dough all the way to edges…there should be some unused space on tray. I use a larger tray for this one because I want a good dip to bread ratio (bread a bit thinner than normal focaccia!). 🧡 Make the dough as instructed in recipe. 🧡 Mix all the dip ingredients together and set aside. 🧡 When you’ve reached the dimpling step, dimple dough with a mixture of butter/buffalo sauce. Bake at 220C/430F for about 13 minutes until starting to get a little golden on top. 🧡 Remove from oven, spread the dip evenly over the bread all the way to edges. Top with additional grated cheese and return to oven for another 12 minutes or so until bubbling and golden. 🧡Top with spring onions, a drizzle of ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.
