I think anything baked with brown butter is a dice roll because proper brown butter has all of the water evaporated, but a lot of recipes do not follow this and aren't clear about how much they browned the butter

Did you add the dry milk powder? I didn’t see you add it in the video. I’ve made them twice, once without the oil and once with. They turned out great both times, still fudgy without the oil! I hate they didn’t turn out for you

My favorite brownie is Alvin’s 100 hr brownie. It’s a lot of waiting but sooooo worth it. You let the batter rest overnight, then bake it, the let it chill overnight. But it is a lot of waiting 😂
