recently found out I had H Pylori for 30+ years and was in late stage gastritis (2 periods of 7+ days of complete gastroparesis. i went from 220 to 170. ER shrugged and gave me IVs until my stomach worked each time. found the infection 2 years later through a gastro who biopsied my stomach. 16+ doctors missed it.

similar thing happened to me minus hospital. I was a healthy 195 with six-pack eating healthy. got some kind of food poisoning? dropped to 155 today were i struggle to maintain this weight. yes I track calories i can't get back. I felt so much better. 6'2 by the way

Im 6 ft 7 and 170/80/90 anything below 210/205 feels like death. So i can imagine at 6ft 3 the drop from 190-65-57 feels like. God bless, come up gonna be strong💯

My main goal in life is to do what you do and show the real side of things how shit really is for people. Because that’s not being put on the news for some reason.
