What would you recommend to couples that have been going through IVF for years, no positive test? In my case, husband/dna/is all good, I have pcos, regular periods, amh 33. Fsh 7. Other hormones are good. Endometrium biopsy-good. No trombophilia. Full panel swab - all good. Hysteroscopy - polyps taken out. No positive test, trying for 7y. 6 blastocysts, 3 failed transfers so far. Thank you 🙏🏻✨🙏🏻
