@dailyrepsguy: 163 days of seeing if I can get jacked in under 20 minutes a day. Today’s workout was for legs and core. After all this time, I still don’t like doing jump lunges lol. My favorite movement that I did today was slide outs. This targets my abs and overall core. That one’s fun! We all can carve out 20 minutes a day for an at home workout.
