@coachkieren: ‘DON’T START TOO FAST’ they say… Me and Liv had other ideas 😅 I remember saying to Liv at the start of that tunnel ‘get busy’ and knowing with it being a tight course that we’d have to be rapid round the bends and it was the WILD WEST out there… cheeky little dip in and out of the crowds in between 👀 sorry if I was rude to any runners - love you all 🫶 Being ranked 13th overall for run speed in our AG was an insane flex.
