everyone should update your policy every year and make sure it covers 100% of replacement cost and get an appraisal every 2 years to update your homes value with the insurance company so thr replacement costs can be updated. bought my house for 175k on 2007, latest appraisal was $389k, I was potentially under insured by $200k.

We don’t have all the information….is your coverage replacement cost or ACV? Curious the insurance company because 25+ years in the insurance industry, you usually get what you pay for. This is EXACTLY why they say, you get what you pay for and going with the cheapest insurance…..you’re going to get the cheapest service 😁😁😁

For those who are explaining insurance policy and needing to choose the right coverage: Yeah, that's a main ingredient of the scam. These huge rackets are taking people's money knowing their coverage isn't what they think it is. It might be legal but it's definitely still a scam.
