I never learned how to hook (?) properly, so I just put the ball on my wrist and only use the 2 finger holes. I'm not great but it works 😁

When I put my Fingers in the Holes they get Stuck and if I get one with bigger holes the Ball is too Heavy. Im Not sure wich weight suits me and how my Fingers hook the ball Right

En réalité le pouce le mettez pas dans le trou prenez la boule comme un curl biceps et au moment de la lancer envoyer une rotation de poignet et l’épaule et accompagner votre mouvement jusqu’à la fin et la boule va tourner .. à vous de trouver la puissance à mettre dans le poignet et où vous placer sur la piste
