Your using it wrong rub it in with circle motions to get it in the hair and emulsify it till it’s milky in your hand

maybe get the guys hair a little wet when u get the hair wet the clay (only if its equally distributed on the hand) just slides through the hair if u do it back-and-forth it makes it even
