I had a huge identity crisis leaving the military for SAHM life. Going to school at night did wonders for my mental health. I promise it gets better but there are times when I miss the Army.

I’m a single mom of 2 . I feel less than and still feel lost and been out since 2018. I have two degrees working on a 3rd right now. I don’t wanna work I have done my time lol. It’s a lot 😅

We are still BADASS! I know exactly how you feel 💕 you’re not a failure. My therapist tells me to “fact check my feelings” and it helps a lot with the overthinking of what others think about me or our household dynamic. Keep on keeping on 💪

I was in the army, I'm a veteran now, also in grad school, but being a stay at home is literally the hardest job I have ever had. I also contribute financially but literally same girl!!!

I understand! I retired from the military after 21 years and am blessed to be able to be a stay at home Gigi. I am so glad I can help my daughter and be here for my grandbaby but In fight that same feeling everyday.❤️

relatable... I've been out 10 yrs a d I used to feel that way but I got over that feeling cuz I served my country and deployed so we deserve this off time and spend it with our family...we have done so much more than anyone else has for their country and its a flex to theough it in people's face 😂😂

I had the hardest time when I got out and was at home with my newborn, as much as I loved it. I had a hard time, I felt like I lost my own identity. I started school when my son was two and I am now in Nursing school. It’ll get better 💕
