Never trained legs my entire life up until 2 weeks ago (new years resolution) and starting with this since bc also ive also never done any hip hinge movements and id wanna give some love to my erectors. Anyw day 9 of my 11 week cut HARD 👹 so far so good, cardio everyday and incorporating ab workouts into the mix still takes getting used to but the goal remains the same 🤠 april 13! #picsoritdidnthappen
