yes sir he's exactly right!! it's hard to do band you've got to have GREAT, LOYAL EMPLOYEES, to be able to trust the job is going to be completed correctly and efficiently. detail is everything!!

The hardest part of growing is turning the machine over to your operator and let him learn from his own mistakes. Funny thing, I took a young man that barely spoke English but could run any machine that I put him on. He constantly asked questions and always wanted to learn more. We worked together for 12 years and when I retired l proudly elevated him to replace me as the General Supperintendant. His name is Gerson Sosa.
