FYI for the woman here, honestly men too, it’s any fruit. Fructose and glucose are what influence it the most, eat natural forms of them(fruit) and hope for the best. A single day ain’t gon cut it either, gotta prep like a week in advance and just eat cleaner for that week. Great foods would be mango, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, oranges, grapefruit, pomelos, cranberries etc. also, drink at least 3-4L of water a day, you know, stay hydrated type shit
