I have been thinking about inositol for awhile too. I have PCOS but I’ve also read that if you have regular cycles (which I do) then you shouldn’t take inositol 🤷🏽♀️

I take inositol and it tastes like paper. I take it after I brush my teeth in the morning and in the evening after I chew gum. I'm looking into taking nac and maybe berberine
