She lost a lot of weight from ozempic, which left her filler looking more lumpy, so she had it all dissolved & then refilled more conservatively. Weight loss increases the space between the face and the earlobe, and could also account for the wider appearance of the tragus. The actual tragus shape looks unchanged.
