Sorry to hear that you've been having a tough few days but glad to hear you're coming back to yourself. I'm doing ok at the moment, I think having a break at the start of the year has reset me a bit but I'm really working on not pushing my limits this year. Going to pick up some marketplace finds later today and hopefully cleaning the house.

Morning, so glad you are prioritizing yourself to process information and life information….. I saw my neuro on Monday- and his not happy I’m migraines are unstable again and added bonus of new issue of receptive communication ( can’t spell simple words)which is kind of vital for my work🤦🏻♀️. So retesting all over again and bed/couch bound and can’t work again 🤬.but got my daughter to a cardiologist and he could see the issues so starting to investigate her chronic health issues and starting to treat as POTs but investigating any cardiac issue. I feel terrible for her - she’s 21 and already with a rare sleep disorder

I hope you are looking after yourself Em, you are allowed time, you're emotionally are totally valid. I'm still in hospital, I had buggered my back with a bulging disc, couldn't walk, I had nerve blocker injection yesterday, if all goes well, home Friday but I might need inpatient rehab which I'm overwhelmed with.

Oh I’m sorry, thinking of you & sending big love. I got bad news in the last 2 weeks also. I was seeing “retired” surgeon, had a hysterectomy last year, now at 39 my one remaining ovary is not working & I’m riddled with terible adhesions and large fluid filled cysts..in so much pain. Need robotic surgery, new specialist all that. How are we meant to keep trusting?! It’s so hard 😔 been wallowing and processing x
