Directors liability is not a new thing! If you paid yourself from that corporation with corporation money that was owed, you can come back on the director for Director’s liability read it up on it and it’s not new!

I asked on your live about bank statement. Once the cra requests them from the bank and they provide them you said to sue the bank. That’s fine if you win. What about the bank statements that the cra can now use to assess you? At this point they know most things they need to calculate your income. Doesn’t matter what you filed
