Ouch, dont throw it away just yet ! Take the catsuit dissolve the glue. Slowly unglue the seams. Make pattern out of it and you have your own catsuit. Regarding glueing - plenty of tutorials. If yours is going to have zippers - use liquid latex on the zipper fabric first for better durability before glueing the fabric to the sheets. Since you are cosplayer that should actually be a walk on the park. Good luck and hope you have fun! Also leggins + swimsuit look just like catsuit

maybe if you try putting on the leggings first and then the swimsuit on top of leggings it would look pretty cool too! would create a nice shape
