1. Don’t eat when your peckish, eat when your HUNGRY. 2. Eat portion sizes depending on your hunger. Literally stop eating the meal the moment u feel satisfied. Don’t wait to get full. 3. Avoid bloating foods, eat whole food. 4. Don’t eat past a certain time at night, set yourself a deadline time around 7/8pm and don’t eat untill the next day. You’ll wake up bloated. 5. Drink teas, kefir, yogurts. They all make ur digestive system move faster therefore won’t gain weight from eating.

Only eat when actually hungry, stop immediately when you’re full. Walk 10K steps per day or do whatever exercise for 30 mins. Cut out ALL sugar. That’s all.

honestly, js really listen to ur body, it literally tells u what it needs u js need to listen, but most of the time ppl cant get to do that bcz of how hectic life is especially nowadays

I’m eating healthy and walking 10k steps a day and workout 3x a week. Wasn’t losing a thing. Turns out I put butter on all my protein and veggies. I was eating like 600 calories in just butter daily 😳
