I went off all social media during covid and it was the best thing I ever could have done for myself and my peace. Hearing every second of the day to be fearful of something and then ppl fighting back forth constantly was just too much for me. I got tik tok back and just stopped posting anything and just curated my FYP and algorithm to positive things or helpful informative things only. It’s been really nice to stay connected while also having privacy and more discernment about what I’m watching and feeling everyday.
