@heyy.becky24: Recipe below: 1½–2 lbs salmon, cut into chunks • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (to taste) • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp olive oil • ½ small onion, diced • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 3 tbsp sundried tomato pesto • 1–1¼ cups heavy cream • Juice of ½ lemon • Chopped parsley (garnish) • White rice (serving) Instructions 1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. 2. Sear in butter and olive oil over medium-high, 2–3 min per side. Remove. 3. In same pan, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic (30 sec). 4. Stir in sundried tomato pesto, season lightly, then add heavy cream. 5. Return salmon to pan, simmer 2–3 minutes. 6. Finish with lemon juice and parsley.
