@aimeelink6: I wasn’t sure to share this video but trying to be real as we can as you never know it may spark some comfort in others that they are not alone. Some days are tough, really tough and no matter what you do it doesn’t feel good enough. Constantly wondering did I do the right thing, did I say the right thing, what could I of done better. Meltdowns are hard on everyone and they are part of our family life, having a SEN child brings it challenges but they are challenges I will forever take on and work through. It takes its toll on my mental health, it’s ok to not be ok. Your circle becomes small and you loose people along the way, but that too is ok. The people you matter to will be there cheering you on and be the support and comfort you need. They will love your children and accept them for who they are. #senchildren #itsokaynottobeokay #autismawareness
