@asia_zuk: “Do your best” is self-destruction with good intentions. My “best” is everything. No pause. No fuel. No recovery. Even if the outcome is great. My body suffers, & I blame myself for not surviving the process. So here’s what I do instead: 😋Eat before spiral. 🎧Headphones on. Noise down. 👌Don’t overcomplicate. Good enough = Done.
