Once I learned how to watch films and even read comics not as a viewer but as a immersive experience I grew to love it even more. I slowly understand these characters flaws and strengths even if there isn’t any idea behind them from the creators, in-fact those are best cause it leaves you room to imagine and interpret your favorite characters when need be

Also most the time it’s actions they have to do quickly so they can’t think enough (beside speedsters they lose to plot)

people do this with real life situations just as much, everyone gets on this app when someone comes forward and says what they would do differently to change the outcome but the truth is no one knows what they’re going to do in that situation until they’re in it. so this isn’t just a phenomenon that happens with fictional media

Mark suffers from the viewer effect a lot imo… He got his powers at the age of 17… Never received any training nor mental preparation for that, went through a lot of trauma DURING his training arc, had to fight his own father who left him almost dead and people still criticize his actions a whole lot…

I find that this is quite the common thing with people even in real life. A good example is a person screaming or freezing when faced with danger. People love to say “I would’ve just ran” but forget that fight or flight aren’t your only response to danger but to also freeze but because they not likely haven’t been in a life or death situation themselves they don’t take these things into account.

this is exactly why I love Cinimawins. he doesn't just state why the movies are great the way they are, but also understands why the writers did what they did for thr movies to truly feel amazing
