I had the same problem until I switched to waterproof. I use Lash Paradise from L’oreal. Also, I curl my lashes and waterproof keeps your lashes curled better than regular mascara.

I love the ruffle button down shirt. I bought the red and white one during the sale. I have issues with the Tarte tubing mascara smudging under my eyes and I suspect it’s the ZO eye treatment I use. I’ve stopped using mascara under my eyes now but would love to find a good one.

Thrive is my fav! It’s a tubing mascara and takes some getting used to but it does not smear AND it doesn’t irritate my eyes. I’ve used it for years. Try it!
