Does using canned lentils make a difference? I typically always use bagged lentils so curious if they have to be wet in order for them to work as well with this recipe.

Hi Kir! Looks delish! Every time I fry my halloomi it releases liquid and never browns. I pat it dry out of packaging, cut it, than pat it down again and it still releases water into the pan. What am I doing wrong?
