i always take the backing of a full one i’ve used, use that to trace where the outlet is on the new one and cut. i hate measuring and it seemed like a full proof, lazy way to do it 😂

So what I did was I made a paper the same exact size of the tile and would tape it to the area as if it was the tile itself and pencil in where I need to cut out then put the paper on the tile nd mark it

Just an fyi, if you’re feelin fancy it’s super easy to change out an outlet! Turn off your power and it legitimately takes less than 5 minutes! You’re just swapping out the wires onto the new one!
