I'm going to set the scene for you to reminisce from my memory. It's a Friday in the 90s. I just got home off the bus. It's raining or about to rain; petrichor is in the air. I come into the kitchen through my front door. Mom says we're going to Blockbuster and getting pizza. We dial up Papa Gino's and order the pizzas. The restaurant is right in the same plaza as Blockbuster. The adults rent a movie, and the kids each get a movie. We pick up the pizzas and go home. Mom watches her movie in the living room, and the kids go down to the basement where older-to-younger hierarchy decides movie order while pizza is enjoyed with the promise of the weekend ahead.
