Yes! Exactly the same for me, it said that I had secured one, I went to my confirmation and it wasn’t listed there. I also didn’t receive an email saying I’m getting a puppy. I refreshed the page after paying and then it said, unfortunately, our puppies are sold out 😭 But I also paid 127 euros and didn’t get a puppy how unfair..

Girl same thing happened to me when they first dropped back in December. I emailed them proof of me qualifying. It took them a month to respond to me. They asked for confirmation of my address and I emailed them back that same day and they took another month to reply that they are sending it out. I made sure to ask them for a tracking number and I got a email with the confirmation of me getting a honey pup shipped to me but no tracking number so idk when it is supposed to get to me but it has been 12 days since I got that order confirmation and I still don’t have a package. But when I spent the money for the package back in December it only took 10 days for that package to come. I wanted to return my items I bought since they weren’t replying cause I only bought stuff for the honey pup.
