If this is happening to you too, know this: one person complaining does nothing, but patterns do. Document everything (screenshots, dates, amounts) and report it properly — Illinois Attorney General (Topstep is based there), the FTC for unfair business practices, and the CFTC for futures-related access issues. It doesn’t matter that it’s “sim” — consumer protection still applies when money changes hands and rules are applied inconsistently. Quiet paperwork > loud rage. Numbers matter.
