the step up thing!!! so important, that’s how i got injured (doing the other way, not the one you are doing) bc of my scoliosis, it messed up my lower back and my glutes

For hip thrusts - there are two methods, scooping method and the method you’re showing. The scooping method always makes me feel it way more in my glutes (this is where your gaze follows the natural movement of your head as you’re doing the thrust)
