mate, I hear ya, one thing as humans is this whole expectation, reward complex. when we are free of demand and expectations, our mind is free. for you, this achievement is is a expectation, and reward of accomplishment of the extraordinary, which throws the psychological balance. In endurance sports they call it post race blues. but it applies to any "big" thing once achieved gives many feelings of hopelessness and sadness. Its ok to feel that way and I hope you find the peace again, when sailing songbird is sailing again
