I am in process of suing the San Fernando police department because they had beat me down in my own living room, cause I let my son come to my house on a Monday due to the fact that his mother put a restraining order against my child and I was only allowed to have my son over the weekend being that it was Monday. The officer forces went in keeping in mind. My son had already departed and left with his mother, but the officer was not satisfied. You would’ve been satisfied until he would beat me knocking on my teeth, breaking my ribs and still incarcerated me not knowing that the following day I got I came out I followed to the fullest with the Public Defender and he lost in court so I had to go re-file to get my pain-and-suffering money and the police department has hesitant to pay me a dime so I’m still fighting him and I’m asking for $1 million am I being too really keep your mind locked out my teeth and broke my ribs. I think $1 million is changed for what they did to me.
