Once I hit that bored place you're talking about, I didn't know what to do either. Here's a few things that helped. 1. Random acts of kindness. I love paying for people's stuff. I too came from a poor background & I know how much it means. 2. Volunteering. I didn't know where to start, but I saw an animal rescue needed help once a week (cleaning up after kitties). My 22 year old cat passed in June, so it felt right. 3. Yoga class. I've always been spiritual, but this really amped things up. 4. Hobbies always sounded lame to me, I was too busy hustling. I've slowly gotten into gardening, painting rocks, thrifting & learning about plant remedies. I think you're doing incredible & I'm super proud of you. Heal your nervous system & enjoy every moment. Tomorrow isn't promised 💚

Girl this is my exact life. I’ve had every type of job, always been in school - once I graduated college I got into my career field. I’m now ready for my new adventure l will never have to work that hard again
